Ordering Payoff Demand

To request a payoff demand, kindly send your inquiry to creative@creativemtg.biz, including the written authorization from the borrower. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your request to be processed.

After your loan has been fully paid off and the payment is processed, you will receive a document known as a full reconveyance.
